Please write to us at care@therootedstore.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with a clear photo.
Once verified, we will issue a full-value store credit, which can be used on any product across our store.
Please note:
- Store credit ensures you get the full value back, ready to use on your next order; we do not offer cash refunds
- In certain cases, we may arrange a pickup of the product
